An ESG report that gave me time to reflect on the whole process of the way we run our business. With this report in hand, we have understood that by having a structured system that incorporates our values, we can start to develop as a more homogeneous operation where the community at large can also benefit and at the end we would also benefit by having a better world to live in, and an even better one for our own children. Our ethos has always revolved around cultures of value and diversity. Respecting the community values should not be something that is done in retrospect but should be implemented within the core values of each company where the bond between business, culture and community can only grow stronger.
